Product Description:
DOT3 brake fluid is a high-performance brake fluid with a balanced reflux boiling point of no less than 205°C. It is generally an alcohol e*ther type, and its main chemical components are oligoethylene glycol or propylene glycol, which has strong hydrophilicity. This means that during use or storage, the water content in the brake fluid will gradually increase, resulting in a lower boiling point and reduced braking performance. Therefore, DOT3 brake fluid needs to be replaced regularly, and the recommended replacement cycle is usually every two years or 40,000 kilometers. At the same time, the storage of brake fluid also needs to be paid attention to. It should be placed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, and needs to be sealed and stored.
